YOGURT, FRUIT & ALMOND PARFAITS

Layered yogurt parfait with fresh berries

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 almond cookies or macaroons, coarsely chopped (½ cup)
  • 2 cups Oikos® Plain or Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup diced fresh fruit (berries, peaches, apricots)
  • 2 Tablespoons sliced almonds, toasted
  • 2 teaspoons honey

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place 2 Tablespoons of crushed cookie in the base of two sundae or parfait style glasses.
  2. Layer with: ½ cup yogurt, ½ cup fruit and 1 Tablespoon more of the cookies.
  3. Top with ½ cup yogurt, remaining cookies, toasted almonds and a drizzle of honey.
