INGREDIENTS1½ cup flour½ teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon baking powder¾ cup dark chocolate chunks½ cup melted butter or vegetable oil1 cup brown sugar1 egg3 ripe bananas, mashed½ cup Oikos® Vanilla Greek Yogurt
DIRECTIONSPreheat the oven to 350°F.Line a bread pan with parchment paper and set aside.In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder and dark chocolate chunks. Set aside.In another bowl, mix the butter or oil with the sugar and egg. Stir in the bananas, mix well, and add the vanilla Greek yogurt.Add the dry ingredients, mix well and pour in the bread pan.Put in the oven for 50 minutes. Let cool and enjoy.
