All orders are processed within 24 hours (1 business day) when the item is in stock. It's our goal to keep all items in stock at all times, but on rare occasions, we may not have a specific item. Urgent orders requiring immediate shipping should be placed by telephone (800-346-0104) Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, Pacific Time. Overnight shipments will go out the same day if they are ordered no later than 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time (U.S.) Monday-Friday.
